The average player stops playing the game of baseball at 13 years old. We believe this is the do to results based thinking. The average college player quits after his first year as he does not know how to hustle while he waits (sit the bench). “Trust the Process.” A slogan, which you […]
Read MoreWe’ve found that parents and coaches treat the location of facilities and the identity of “good” private instructors as carefully guarded trade secrets, the names literally whispered among the parents-in-the-know. In our case, because of our network, we are able to provide top-notch professional instructors (MLB, Minor Leaguers, and Collegiate […]

Read MoreOur mission is to develop and prepare players to compete successfully at the high school varsity level as a freshman.
We do not do things because everyone else does. No one in the history of the world, who was truly successful, followed what everyone else did. If a player want to be normal then their dream to play Major League Baseball should stop right now. No one in Major League Baseball right now or for ever has been normal. They strive to be special, to be different, to be that 1%.
That is what our program strives to be. That 1% of coaches that can develop players day in and day out that everyone else wants to follow.
The critical component that you have to keep in mind is that player working toward a goal that will develop lifelong skills. The process will give him an understanding of what it takes to sacrifice, suffer, overcome hurdles, create and develop yourself into a more dynamic person. So remember when choosing a program ask yourself – is it a cost or an investment, hobby or career?
The team will work hard to win games, but winning will never become more important than teamwork and good sportsmanship. We will ask players to work toward excellence, not perfection. Baseball is a fun and challenging game that requires players to develop the ability to overcome mistake and to look forward to their next opportunity. Ultimately, the development of skills and team focused play will be the guideline for our team, which we believe will create better baseball players and better people.
You are not going to see your son throw 120 pitches or throw twice in one weekend. He will never throw over 80. Ever. Not per game but per week. Even if it cost us a championship.
